How We Built the Landing Page & Mobile Apps for Sophie.ai - An AI-Powered Language Learning Platform

Speak With Sophie

Sophie.ai, an AI-powered language learning platform by Olguin Technologies (UAE), needed more than just a website – they needed a high-converting, product-grade landing page that could communicate a complex AI product simply and compellingly, and drive downloads for their iOS and Android apps. With support for 50+ languages and a premium subscription model competing directly against giants like Duolingo and private tutors, the first impression had to be world-class. Apexture designed and developed the complete custom landing page and delivered both the iOS and Android APK – bringing Sophie’s AI language assistant to learners across the globe.

The Client Challenges:

      1. Communicating a Complex AI Product Simply – Sophie.ai’s core technology – real-time AI conversation, neural rewriting, persistent memory, adaptive difficulty – is deeply sophisticated. The landing page had to make all of this instantly understandable and exciting to a non-technical audience of language learners worldwide.
      2. Competing Against Established Giants – With Duolingo, private tutors, and gamified apps already dominating the market, the design had to position Sophie as distinctly superior – not just different – through clear, confident storytelling and comparison.
      3. Multi-Language, Global Audience – The platform supports 50+ languages and targets learners from the US, Europe, UAE, India, and beyond. The design had to feel globally premium and culturally neutral while being conversion-focused.
      4. Driving App Downloads via a Web Landing Page – The primary CTA was to drive iOS and Android app installs. The landing page had to build enough trust and excitement to push visitors to download without ever having tried the product.
      5. Subscription Pricing Needed Clear Hierarchy – Three pricing tiers (Free Trial, Sophie Close Friend at $14/mo, Sophie Best Buddy at $10/mo billed 6-monthly) needed to be presented in a way that clearly guided users toward the best-value option without confusion.
      6. Showcasing AI Features Visually – Abstract features like “Persistent Memory”, “Live Learning Graph”, “Accent Accuracy”, and “Neural Rewriting” needed to be designed as tangible, visual UI elements – not just bullet points.
