Several challenges the Sahajanand Wellness had experienced, impacting user experience and business performance, were:

1. 1. No Digital Presence for a Growing Pilgrimage Destination – Despite being established since 2002 and serving pilgrims, corporates, and spiritual tourists, the Ashram had no website to showcase their offerings or accept bookings online.
   2. Multiple Services Needing One Unified Platform – Ashram stays, yoga & meditation, Annakshetra meals, Gaushala, Veda-Pathshala, and Ganga Aarti all needed to be communicated clearly under one cohesive digital home.
   3. No Online Booking or Reservation System – Visitors had to rely entirely on phone calls or walk-ins to arrange room bookings, creating friction and lost opportunities.
   4. No E-Commerce for Sacred Products – The Ashram’s handcrafted malas, murtis, keychains, and spiritual items had no online sales channel despite genuine demand from devotees across India.
   5. Donation & Seva Support Needed Digitization – Well-wishers wanting to support daily seva initiatives had no online mechanism to contribute, limiting the Ashram’s funding reach.
   6. Design Had to Reflect Spiritual Identity – Generic templates or standard business websites would feel completely out of place – the design had to evoke calm, devotion, and authenticity.
